daughter of Princess Twilight Sparkle and, well, a sperm donor, Twilight was never able to find her very special some pony, but to be fair, she was never really the kind of pony who cared about relationships anyway.
Dawn herself is very introvert. she doesn't talk or leave the castle as often as she should. she's always being told that she'll be the next pony princess and started being trained to be so since birth, but even though her magic can be just as, if not more, powerful than her mothers, she wants absolutely nothing to do with royalty or Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns. she believes that to become immortal and have more authority than anyone else is a curse. to out live her friends and family by centuries and look down on her former loved ones, would be a disgrace in her opinion. she has a fair amount of friends (the other main characters) and is usually the Medley to they're FyreFly's, however she can become just as crazy as them when she wants to.
